I am somewhat new to the area and came across Cool Blue while doing some research on the ASPIRE Galderma(Pharmaceutical Company) website. I utilized their text service to inquire about pricing and availability. I loved this communication option! Gloria, the office manager responded almost immediately and was so helpful answering all my questions. She also let me know they had a cancellation the following day and invited me to accept the appointment and I’m so thankful I did. The office is centrally located on the island with plenty of convenient parking. The office is clean, calm, and aesthetically beautiful with its relaxing cool blue walls. My initial check process was fast, efficient, and I loved the use of their iPad apposed to lengthy paperwork. Once I completed the standard new patient paperwork, Gloria immediately escorted me back to my room where Lauren graciously greeted me. Lauren was so kind and really took the time to discuss my options and provided me with amazing suggestions of what she thought would work best for me. We decided on Dysport and Restylane Kysse. Her technique and skill was incredible. Throughout the entire experience Lauren took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any injector. I can’t wait for my next experience. So thankful to these ladies for making my entire experience pure perfection.
